Shipping Cost and Methods
Smallfastthings.com offers shipping of all products within the US and Internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weigh of items in you shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated via real-time using published USPS, FedEx, and UPS rates based upon exact weight and actual destination address. We offer combined shipping or discounted shipping for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Processing time may vary between 1-3 days unless otherwise stated. Orders must be received by 4pm EST to be processed the same business day. All orders received after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Special order and backordered items will be shipped once avaliable and may require longer handling times.
Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hotel, school, etc., the shipping carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, the order will be deemed fulfilled. Please make arrangements accordingly in recieving your order.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact us through email. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges and handling times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Smallfastthings.com is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to provide the most accurate up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Please enter your address information in the appropriate boxes and DOUBLE-CHECK for typos and other errors. Orders which are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges and handling times.
How do I check the status of my shipment?
Tracking information is provided either through email or the Paypal transaction for your order. Please visit the corresponding shipping carrier's website with your tracking number to get up to date information on your shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and or carrier mistakes.
Time to receive your order
Items usually ship from our store within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing your order. Your tracking number will be sent to you along with your invoice through the email provided during checkout. Special order items or items requiring longer handling times will increase shipping times.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Smallfastthings.com will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please submit the Return Authorization Form HERE and we will be in contact with you within 48 hours regarding your return. We will authorize a return or exchange if the conditions are met below. Shipping costs for returned items will be based on our discretion. No return will be accepted without invoice number and/or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by smallfastthings.com within 7 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Once the item condition is verified, please allow up to 48 hours for a refund to be applied to your account.

All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned within 7 days of receiving a return or exchange approval.
All return shipments must be sent Prepaid - We DO NOT accept any freight collect or COD packages.
Insure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using USPS or FEDEX.
No returns or exchanges on Special order and Electrical items unless they are defective when first received.
No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, used, or painted.
All returns excluding defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Built to Order Item Policy
All items marked "Built to Order" are subject to special conditions. Built to order items are marked accordingly due to low demand, abnormal size, or non-stocked parts and in order for Small Fast Things to continue providing products at competitive prices, these items are marked as such.
